EnglishDiese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) gelten für sämtliche Verträge zwischen LoveConnects LLC, 415 North Camden Drive, Suite 111, Beverly Hills, CA 90210, USA, eingetragen in Delaware (USA) („Anbieter“), und den Kunden über virtuelle Coaching- und Beratungsleistungen. Die AGB gelten für die Nutzung der Plattform loveconnects.org einschließlich aller Weiterleitungen.
LoveConnects LLC bietet virtuelle Einzel- und Gruppensitzungen im Bereich Coaching und psychosoziale Beratung an. Leistungen werden ausschließlich im Rahmen von Abonnement-Modellen mit festen Laufzeiten (6 oder 12 Monate) erbracht. Kunden erhalten pro Monat ein festgelegtes Stundenkontingent („Credits“), das im Kundenkonto angezeigt wird. Ein Credit entspricht einer Sitzung von 50 Minuten. Einzelsitzungen sind nur im Rahmen vollständig vorausbezahlter Abopakete möglich. Medizinische oder psychotherapeutische Behandlungen im Sinne der nationalen Gesundheitsgesetze werden nicht erbracht. Von jedem Therapeuten, Psychiater oder Coach wird ein Ausbildungs- oder Befähigungsnachweis verlangt.
Ein Vertrag kommt zustande durch Auswahl eines Abomodells, Annahme der AGB und Bestätigung per E-Mail. Mit Beginn der Leistungserbringung erlischt das Widerrufsrecht (vgl. § 8).
Abonnements laufen über die vereinbarte Dauer (3, 6 oder 12 Monate). Kunden erhalten pro Monat ein festgelegtes Stundenkontingent („Credits“), das im Kundenkonto angezeigt wird.
Stunden können in das Folgemonat übertragen werden, jedoch maximal:
• 2h-Abos → 1h Übertrag
• 4h-Abos → 2h Übertrag
• 6h-Abos → 3h Übertrag
Nach Ablauf der Abo-Laufzeit gilt eine Nachlaufzeit von maximal 1 Monat. Danach verfallen alle nicht genutzten Credits automatisch. Eine Rückerstattung erfolgt nicht.
Preise sind im Voraus fällig und werden transparent im Buchungsprozess angezeigt. Zahlungen erfolgen über Stripe oder vereinbarte Methoden. Abonnements können monatlich oder für die gesamte Laufzeit im Voraus gezahlt werden. Eine Rückerstattung bereits geleisteter Zahlungen erfolgt nicht.
Termine können je nach Programm über das Kundenkonto oder über direkte Abstimmung vereinbart werden.
Bei Nichterscheinen oder kurzfristiger Absage verfällt der Anspruch auf die gebuchte Leistung, sofern nichts abweichendes vereinbart wurde.
LoveConnects erbringt keine medizinische Diagnose oder Heilbehandlung. Die Leistungen dienen ausschließlich der persönlichen Weiterentwicklung, dem Coaching und der Begleitung. Die Verantwortung für persönliche Entscheidungen liegt allein bei den Kunden. LoveConnects LLC übernimmt keine Haftung für Folgeschäden.
Kunden mit EU-Wohnsitz haben grundsätzlich ein 14-tägiges Widerrufsrecht. Dieses erlischt jedoch, sobald der Kunde die erste Sitzung bucht und ausdrücklich bestätigt. Mit dieser Buchung und Bestätigung erklärt sich der Kunde einverstanden, dass die Leistungserbringung sofort beginnt und das Widerrufsrecht dadurch erlischt.

Es gilt das Recht des US-Bundesstaates Delaware. Zwingende Verbraucherschutzrechte anderer Staaten (z. B. EU, Asien) bleiben unberührt.
Änderungen dieser AGB werden 14 Tage vor Inkrafttreten per E-Mail angekündigt. Widerspricht der Kunde nicht, gelten die Änderungen automatisch.
Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen dieser AGB unwirksam sein, bleibt der Rest der AGB unberührt.

These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) apply to all agreements between LoveConnects LLC, a
limited liability company (LLC) registered in the U.S. State of Delaware, and its customers
regarding digital consulting, coaching and accompanying online services.
These T&C apply to all services, programs and memberships offered via www.loveconnects.org or
affiliated domains.
LoveConnects provides digital coaching, mentoring and accompanying online programs in the areas
of mental health lifestyle, performance and personal development.
LoveConnects does not provide medical or psychotherapeutic treatment and does not make any
promises of healing. The services offered do not replace medical or therapeutic treatment.
The type, scope, duration and content of the services are defined individually and made available to
the customer within the respective program or customer account.
A contract between LoveConnects LLC and the customer is concluded by:
• completing a booking or payment process,
• actively accepting these T&C during the booking or checkout process, and
• activation or commencement of the booked service.
Without active acceptance of the applicable T&C, completion of the payment process is technically
not possible.
Memberships may be limited in time or bound to a fixed term. The scope of use and any included
quotas result from the selected offer.
Unused services expire unless otherwise stated in the respective program. A refund of payments
already made is excluded to the extent permitted by law
Prices are displayed exclusively during the individual booking process and are not publicly
accessible.
Payment is made in advance via Stripe or an equivalent payment service provider. LoveConnects
reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods.
Appointments may be arranged via the customer account or through direct coordination, depending
on the program.
In the event of a no-show or short-notice cancellation, the entitlement to the booked service expires
unless otherwise agreed.
LoveConnects LLC is not liable for decisions or actions taken by the customer based on the
provided content.
Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits or non-material damages is
excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Customers residing in the European Union generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14
days.
The right of withdrawal expires once the customer expressly agrees that LoveConnects begins
providing the service before the withdrawal period expires and simultaneously confirms that they
are aware that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
This consent is provided actively during the booking or login process and is technically logged by
LoveConnects.

All internal content, programs, prices, processes and system structures of LoveConnects LLC
constitute confidential business and trade secrets.
The customer undertakes to treat non-public information as confidential and not to disclose it to
third parties.
These T&C are governed by the laws of the U.S. State of Delaware. Mandatory consumer
protection laws of the state in which the customer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
Exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with these T&C shall be
Delaware, USA.
LoveConnects LLC reserves the right to amend these T&C for legal, technical or organizational
reasons. Customers will be informed of any changes in an appropriate manner.
